At Boston Logan Airport 61% of flights had been canceled for Monday by 11:30 a.m. local time, FlightAware data shows. And more than 40% of flights had been canceled at the three primary New York-area airports: JFK, Newark and LaGuardia. 
JetBlue, which is heavily focused on the Northeast, is the most impacted airline on Monday, having canceled 46% of its flights.

American Airlines has canceled 26% of its mainline flights and similar numbers at its three regional subsidiaries, which operate American Eagle-branded flights. Delta has canceled 11% of its mainline flights. Its regional subsidiary Endeavor, which flies a portion of Delta Connection-branded flights, has canceled 28% of its Monday operations.  Southwest has canceled 9% of its schedule, and United has canceled 10% of is mainline flights for Monday.  "While we expect significantly fewer cancellations on Monday as weather conditions improve, our teams in some parts of the country will have challenges with icy conditions, ongoing cold and other residual impacts from this winter weather," United said in a statement.  Schedule disruptions could linger beyond Monday as airlines regroup from the weekends operational carnage and get aircraft and crew back into position. On Sunday, airlines canceled more than 11,600 U.S. flights, according to FlightAware. The flight tracking app Flighty said 47% of all U.S. flights were canceled Sunday.  American, Delta, Southwest and United travel waivers are in effect for flights at numerous airports through Tuesday. JetBlue travel waivers only apply to flights through Monday.
